Greek Chicken Flatbreads with Yogurt Sauce

This dinner was delicious and inspired by my mom’s crew group:) It’s marinated braised chicken , Greek yogurt sauce, tomatoes and cucumbers on Trader Joe’s delicious Garlic Naan Bread. I made this an entree and served it with a side salad. But, I think it would be great as an appetizer, too! This was new, exciting, and great leftover for lunches the next day! The chicken marinade is so good, I will would definitely use the marinade again as well, to simply serve with a side of veggies:)

Ingredients
chicken tenders
marinade: 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 2 T. olive oil, 1/2 lemon, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 T. oregano, 1 t. thyme, salt and pepper.

yogurt sauce: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 diced cucumber, 2 cloves garlic, 1 t. lemon, handful of mint, salt and pepper

Roma tomatoes, chopped
cucumber, chopped
feta cheese, crumbled
Trader Joes’s Garlic Naan

Directions
Chicken: Marinate in above marinade for 1-3 hours. Braise  chicken under broiler for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Or, grill it! Let it cool, then cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

Yogurt Sauce: Combine ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

To assemble: Warm naan in the oven for 1 minute. Spread yogurt sauce on evenly. Top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta cheese. Cut into slices and enjoy.
