I made these cinnamon rolls for Valentine’s Day breakfast. I personally prefer Alton Brown’s overnight cinnamon rolls but Jeff really loved these and thought they were the best. I thought the shape was definitely worth the post:)

To make  the heart shape, after you have place the butter and cinnamon sugar onto the flattened dough, roll the dough toward the middle from both sides, both rolls meeting in the middle. Cut rolls about 1-2 inches thick. When placing into the pan, slightly pinch the flat side into a v shape. Don’t overcrowd the pan, as I did. As you can see, some came out better than others:)
