Corn salad

Ingredients
1 cup corn (fresh or frozen); thawed and cooked (be careful not to over cook)
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 of a cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/2 a jalapeno, seeded and minced
a handful of cilantro, chopped
about 1 T. olive oil, or less
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Tastes great the next day!
