Recipe adapted from a recipe given to me by my mom. Original source unknown.

This cookies are easy to make, but they have A LOT of ingredients.  Be Forewarned! They should be renamed, The Everything Cookie. These cookies are always enjoyed by company and even Jeff loves them despite generally disliking cookies.

Yields about 3 dozen cookies

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt (or applesauce)
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 t. cream of tartar
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup Heath Bar Toffee Bits
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Cream butter, yogurt, oil and sugars. Slowly add vanilla and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop dough by the tablespoonfuls or refrigerate till chilled and form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the pan soon as the toffee bits tend to stick to the pan pretty hard.
