Simple Kielbasa and Cabbage

This is one of Becca’s favorite dinner dishes. She make is ALL the time. I finally tried making it and I can see why she likes it so much. 1. It is super easy and super quick 2. Few ingredients. 3. Kielbasa is like eating a healthy hot dog…smokey goodness. 4. It tastes good.

Ingredients
Turkey kielbasa, sliced diagonally into desired thickness
1/2 yellow onion, sliced into rings then halved
1 cabbage, chopped into large bite-size pieces (not too small)
1 T. butter
1 T. olive oil

optional: I added par boiled potatoes to mine

Directions
Heat large saucepan with olive oil. Add onions and keilbasa. Cook for 4 minutes or until onions are tender. Add butter and cabbage. Stir to combine all of the ingredients. Cover and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes or until cabbage has wilted and is tender. Serve warm.
