Meatball and Orzo Soup

Recipe from Smitten Kitchen’s Escarole and Orzo Soup:

If you are on the hunt for a new soup, this one is pretty good! If you make double batch of meatballs, you can use them later in the week for meatball subs or spaghetti and meatballs. I tried making this soup a little fancier this time by adding mushrooms and turnips and I didn’t really like the results. This soup is simple and highlights the meatballs. It’s best to keep it that way. Enjoy:)
