This was an awesome and easy dinner. Jeff and I could NOT stop eating it! It completely satisfied my buffalo wing cravings. We couldn’t get over how healthy the meal was. It was like this indulge yourself meal, but it wasn’t unhealthy. This is an amazing recipe you must try if you like wings and are on a diet! You eat this meal like a taco, but instead of using a taco shell, you use the lettuce. The bibb lettuce, as suggested in the recipe is definitely worked great for this recipe. The chicken was a little drippy, but in a good and delicious way. Just be sure to serve this with a good portion of napkins.
Also, I served this with the suggested toppings and low-fat blue cheese dressing, which all went so so well together and added more health!
