Grilled Ras el Hanout Chicken

I used my Spice Station spice, Rag El Hanout, to make grilled chicken and they turned out GREAT! Ras el Hanout is a common Moroccan blend. It tastes like spicy curry rub. It was great on the grilled chicken. I even use the leftovers to make chicken salad and that was amazing, too. I will definitely put some of the spice blend into my chicken salad next time:)
I served the chicken over jasmine rice with an eggplant salad that went perfectly. I will post it tomorrow!

2 chicken breasts, cubed (like kebab without the stick:))
about 2-3 T. Ras el Hanout
1/3 cup light sour cream (or plain yogurt)
salt and pepper
1/8 cup mint, chopped

1/2 lemon, juiced

Place chicken in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place chicken on a hot grill, heated to high. Cook for approximately 4 minutes. Turn chicken and cook for 2 more minutes on high. Then reduce heat to low and cook for remaining 4-5 minutes. This depends on the thickness of your chicken. Check for doneness before eating, but be careful to not overcook. Serve chicken warm with a squeeze of lemon.
