Sesame Cole Slaw

Adapted from Cooking Light’s Napa Cabbage Slaw, April 2012

Very flavorful, healthy and a little spicy. Jeff and I agreed it was much better than creamy cole slaw.

1/2 a green cabbage, sliced thin
1/4 cup red onions, sliced thin
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1 T. white balsamic vinegar
1/2 T. sesame oil
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sirachi thai hot sauce

Combine all the solid ingredients into a large bowl. Add the liquids and stir to combine throughly. Store in refriderator or an hour or overnight. Serve cold.
