Steak and Snow Peas Stir-fry

I made this simple and healthy stir-fry for Jeff and I last night. The steak was perfectly tender, the meal was salty and full of flavorful, crisp veggies. This is an easy and fast dinner!

2 small petite sirloin
1 cup snow peas
1 red pepper, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
2 T. reduce sodium soy sauce
1/2 t. sesame seed oil
salt and pepper

served with brown rice

Season steak with salt and pepper. In a large sauce pan, brown steak in 1 T. olive oil; brown on all sides on high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove meat and let rest. Meanwhile, add sesame oil to the same pan and add the vegetables. Cook until tender, about 5-8 minutes. Slice steak. Return the pan to finish cooking, about 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat and serve over brown rice.
