Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites

Saw these on Pinterest and had to try them. I must say, I getting a little sick of Pinterest in the food department…just because your food picture looks good, doesn’t mean it is good. These were good and really easy. I guess, I would make them as a quick side for a brunch. The best thing is that you probably always have the ingredients for these and they don’t take very long.

1  loaf of frozen white bread (Rhodes or I used Giant brand…they have like 5 in a package and they can just stay in your freezer)
1/2 cup butter, melted
bowl of cinnamon sugar

Thaw bread and cut into 1 inch by 1 inch cubes. Lay them out on a cookie sheet and let them rise, about 30 minutes to an hour. Punch them down slightly. Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot. Put bread into boiling water and let them cook for about 1 minute or until they are flowing on top. Remove from water.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a cookie sheet. Place bread on the cookie sheet and cook until golden brown on top, about 12-15 minutes. While still hot, place bread in butter, coating the bread, them immediately place in sugar bowl and cover. Best enjoyed warm:)
