Trader Joes whole wheat pizza dough
1 can pizza sauce
1 bag mozzarella cheese
2 slices prosciutto, chopped into slices
1/2 bag arugula, washed and coarsely chopped
1 yellow onion, caramelized (slice onion into rings, saute in 2 T. olive oil on medium low heat, add 1 T. sugar and 1 t. kosher salt, cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally) Keep heat medium-low to low depending on your oven. This cooks slow🙂
Preheat oven to 370 degrees. Stretch dough out onto a greased sprayed cookie sheet. Top with sauce, cheese, arugula, caremelized onions, and prosciutto in that order. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes. Let cool for 1-2 minutes. Cut and serve.
